By accessing or using WatchCord ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use the Service. WatchCord is a real-time Discord server monitoring tool that provides join alerts, member activity tracking, risk detection, and data insights for Discord communities.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. By using WatchCord, you agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: spamming, targeted harassment, unauthorized data collection, impersonation, or any activity that violates applicable laws. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of WatchCord complies with the terms of service of any third-party platforms you connect to the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any connection tokens or credentials you provide to WatchCord are encrypted and stored securely. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. WatchCord is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
WatchCord operates on a subscription basis with multiple plan tiers. All payments are processed via cryptocurrency and are final and non-refundable once a subscription has been activated. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to the Service within 24 hours of payment, contact our support team and we will review your case. Subscription access is granted immediately upon payment confirmation on-chain.
You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works from any part of WatchCord. Automated abuse, excessive API requests, or attempts to circumvent rate limits or platform restrictions will result in immediate account suspension. WatchCord reserves the right to throttle or restrict access to users who violate fair usage guidelines.
WatchCord provides tools to monitor public join activity within Discord servers you are a member of. Any member data surfaced through the Service — including usernames, account age, and role information — is publicly available within those servers. You agree to handle any data obtained through WatchCord responsibly, ethically, and in accordance with applicable privacy laws. WatchCord does not endorse or take responsibility for how users choose to use the data they access through the platform.
WatchCord is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WatchCord and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription period in which the issue occurred.
We strive to maintain high uptime and reliability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. WatchCord may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime where possible.
WatchCord reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately. Any data associated with your account may be deleted. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting our support team.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of WatchCord after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
